“Shard pottery” where pieces are glazed differently and epoxy glued together. In this case I printed the artwork with a UV ink digital printer.
This is stoneware clay, fired to bisque, then digitaly printed, then assembled.
Glueing pieces together doesn’t make for a straight and level finished product, but I didn’t want this item to look polished.
Gold colored rope in the corners to hide the edges of the clay pieces.
It does not hold water, is for display only.
